How Craniosacral Therapy Can Help You

My mission is to help everyone to be pain free, move easily and live a happy, healthy and comfortable life, able to do the things they enjoy, through discovering Craniosacral Therapy.

Are you in pain? are you struggling with life?  Do you just not feel right? Many people have found Upledger Craniosacral Therapy brings dramatic results from what seems to be very little effort. Craniosacral Therapy uses a gentle, very light touch and often helps where other treatments have been unsuccessful. It helps to relieve tensions and stresses in your body and can be used for many health problem as it addresses both physical problems such as back pain, neck pain, headaches,  jaw pain, dizziness, stress as well as emotional issue and many more problems.

Craniosacral Therapy  originates from Osteopathy, it treats your whole body, not just your head, but with particular emphasis on the Craniosacral System, which consists of the bones, membranes and fluid that surround, protect and nourish your brain and spinal cord. The brain and spinal cord are our central nervous system, if we can help this to be free from restrictions it allows our bodies to be able to function well . It is becoming increasingly well known and popular as more people are taking control of their own health and looking for alternatives to improve the efficient functioning of their body, relieve pain and improve their lives.

I  have over 16years experience and I'm part of an elite group of  Diplomate Qualified Upledger CranioSacral Therapists . I am also an experienced Massage therapist.  I treat people of all ages from birth, to later years, dealing with a wide variety of problems. My youngest client so far has been one day old and my eldest 96 years old. I also participate as a Therapist on an Intensive Treatment Programmes for members of the Police Force and Armed Forces who have been retired with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

I trained and qualified in Craniosacral Therapy after having treatment myself for Meniere's Disease and Migraines. Having tried many therapies and prescribed medication, I found it was the only thing that really worked for me , relieving me of the constant dizziness and pain. I am therefore passionate about Craniosacral Therapy and truly love my work, I find immense joy in seeing people regain their health and start to live again.

" I bless the day my son found Jillian and Craniosacral Therapy and for asking if I'd give it a try. Having been in constant pain for many months with a trapped nerve causing Sciatica, that no amount of physiotherapy, or yet more pain killers could help, I was more than willing to give it a try.

The treatment itself is so relaxing that everything that felt so tight and "knotted up" suddenly became free, I felt this ,even after the first treatment. That makes you feel better right away. I just can't praise Craniosacral Therapy and Jillian enough, it has made such a difference to my life, by not being in constant pain now I can enjoy my life so much more. "
