What is Craniosacral Therapy

In watching a crainosacral therapist at work you would be forgiven in thinking they weren't doing anything, as they sit still for several minutes while holding a patients head, spine or feet. But you couldn't be further from the truth!

  • The movement patterns of the body structure and the central nervous system(CNS) known as the craniosacral rhythm, are so subtle they cannot usually be seen, but they can be felt by trained hands and can be measured by delicate electronic instruments.
